This is a delicious, light, and protein-packed salad that perfectly balances the freshness of raw vegetables with the satisfying crunch of homemade croutons. The olive oil-infused tuna and creamy garlic sauce add a wonderful, savory kick to the dish!

Prep the Veggies: Thoroughly wash and chop the lettuce leaves. Slice the cucumber and red onion into thin, bite-sized pieces, and place everything into a large mixing bowl.
Make the Croutons: Cut your bread into even cubes and toast them (in a pan, toaster, or oven) until they achieve a beautiful golden color and a crispy texture.
Season the Tuna: Place the tuna in a separate small bowl and toss it lightly with high-quality olive oil. This helps the flavors open up beautifully.
